Roles & Responsibilities :
- Building a managed marketplace solution for SMBs, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, consolidating the requirement, defining the operating model
- Building and executing a 3-5 year strategic product roadmap for their products
- Ownership of product level revenue and P&L for set of offerings in a product.
- Develop and own GTM plan for the products- solutions including- customer acquisition, engagement, sales roll out, pricing & packaging etc.
- Sales capacity planning and sales funnel management along with Sales Ops for the set of products- solutions offerings
- Formulate Marketing Strategy and goals for set of products - including creating a compelling value proposition, messaging & Brand Positioning, Digital Marketing plan, Onboarding experience and ensure delivery of the same along with Content Owner/ Marketing
- Build required partnerships and alliances for sourcing of the product offerings.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Have you accomplished these qualifications? :
- 4-6 years of experience in category management or B2B sales dealing in process raw material (like steel, chemicals, cement). Experience working on B2B / e-com platform is an added advantage
- Experience working with digital products and focus on customer service
- Experience in GTM planning to driving revenue from the product
- Ability to see the bigger picture, with a proven record to use customer-centric, data-driven insights to drive decisions that lead to superior product and customer experience-
- Effective in a highly matrixed, distributed and fast-moving environment
- High degree of self-starting initiative and organization
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
- High level of organization focus and ability to work under pressure
Following would be considered a plus for candidates :
- Entrepreneurial and business owner mindset (startup experience a big plus)
- Experience with tech tools required for your products.
