Roles and Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
1. Managing and formulating brand & product category plans to ensure right product is available at right price in right markets with strong communication to ensure targeted sales and profits
2. Pricing : Develop Pricing Strategy based on the Key market with respect to competition to meet overall objective of the business plans
3. Create new product plans by identifying the consumer insights & product mapping with competition, identifying gaps to ensure competitiveness of products
4. Understand consumer lifestyle,media habits to identify appropriate promotions within budgets and implement effectively
5. Co-ordinate with all stake holders of various departments to ensure smooth implementation of new product launch
6. Be a watchdog & proactively analyse data on new products / existing products to understand progress and do course correction
7. Prepare reports & updates on new and existing products at regular interval for top-management review / decision making
8. Product - Creating Product Variants based on the market requirement and Development of New Product basis the Sales Team interaction/Market Visits & Consumer Insights.
