KRAs :
- The person will define FMCG partnership strategy in alignment with the goals of the Company's distribution business.
- The person will build meaningful basket offering to the customers of various regions across India taking into account the local preferences. For doing so he/she will be representing the Company to the FMCG brands and work with them in finding synergy.
- Work with brands in defining the partnership model with brands, implement and execute the same
- Work with the Company Key account managers in keeping active relationship with major accounts
- Work with analytics team in defining the pricing strategies that ensure profitability without compromising the market share
- Guide functionsing of central and regional procurement functions
- Work with tech teams in building scalable solutions
- Keep track of the competition and define ways to stay ahead of them
The Person :
Qualifications : Post graduate with 15+ years of professional experience
Skill set :
- Strong experience and understanding of mass distribution.
- Understanding of the business plans, goals and pain points of the FMCG companies:
- Strong connects with in the industry across the country at Senior Levels
- Ability to foster relationship with the leadership of the FMCG companies
- Experience of leading and managing high-performing teams spread across the country
- Must have the aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization with active listening, negotiation, facilitation, and reasoning skills.
- Ability to work with tech team in building solutions
- Great team player, have sound leadership skills, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks
