Responsible for delivery of Category P&L
- Accountable for driving category sales and support sales channels through execution of advertising, promotion and Branding activities
- Responsible for market size estimation, identifying market trends and shift in consumer preferences and pricing
- Decisions pertaining to the category
- Responsible for tracking and mitigating competition actions
- Responsible for driving various planning cycles (eg, long range plan, profit plan, operating plan) for product category.
- Responsible for supporting product design process, mining of consumer relevant innovation and maintaining the health of product portfolio
- Responsible for New Product Development, Launch and Project Management
