Category Manager - Personal Care

- Presenting the strategic plan to the management team.

- Developing a range plan in accordance with the finalised strategy.

- Developing an ideal, price architecture & margin strategy.

- Developing a strategy on vendors base on the department strategy and their past performance.

- Maintaining inventory and ensuring the range has a good balance of products.

- Working within the critical path for each process to align other verticals to achieve the deadline.

- Leading the new category in the personal care segment with TSS and strategizing the entire product range.
