Category Manager - Paints & Homestore

Roles And Responsibilities :

- End to end ownership of entire home service categories for the city

- Handling a team of 5-6 field people

- Building a strong supply with focus on delivering amazing customer experience

- Be in charge of ensuring each and every client gets the best experience.

- Should be a target-oriented hustler.

- Understand each client's requirements and keep a tab on their experience throughout.

- As a key member of the founding team in the city, understanding insights from the client meetings and suggesting process improvements.

- Coordination with different teams for ensuring client deliverables is effectively communicated and met.

Requirements :

- 2-3 years of experience in startups, business development/ operations role.

- Strong analytical skills and a data driven decision making ability

- Startup experience is preferred.

- Preferred candidates from Urbanclap or similar industry.

- For Chennai, Tamil speaking candidate is required.
