- Develops the strategy, directs the development and implementation of the company's product portfolio.
- Works closely with Procurement to identify new product concepts and bring to market quickly
- Directs pricing strategy to achieve the greatest impact while playing a key role into promotion strategy and effectiveness.
- Responsible for developing and executing the strategic plans for the overall new product portfolio and commercializing.
- Creates develops and delivers strategic innovation projects that will produce a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

- Develop a product line with differentiation on a product with higher ASP, Margin, and Premiumization.
- Strong leader with excellent management skills who is able to motivate and innovate on a daily basis.
