Category Manager - Meat

Job Description :

- Own P&L for categories, strategies to increase revenue and profit margins

- Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends

- Manage inventory levels to maximize sales.

- Determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of all categories

- Collaborate with procurement, marketing, promotion, delivery teams to ensure smooth execution

- Assist in coordinating and executing the business tactics for development, marketing and sales of the products in the category.

- Respond to customer's queries about new products.

- Implement monthly promotional strategies to achieve sales goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends and market competitions. Research competitors & suggest appropriate pricing & promotional activities.

- Calculate forecast for product demand trends.
