As a Category Manager- Lighting, you will be responsible for creating & executing the annual marketing plan for the year to achieve the target primary sales value for the year
What you will do :
- Understanding Consumer requirement
- Identifying portfolio and vendors
- Making a decision on a possible channel option (online/offline)
- Creating content and Optimizing sales for Suitable Online/Offline platform
- Being responsible for Asset & Content creation for ATL plans
- Being responsible for Digital strategy, asset creation, content calendar, execution & KPI achievement
- Assessing market potential & creating business cases for new launches
- Being responsible for data analysis including identifying trends & taking action to correct & improve current performance
- Managing Inventory to drive company inventory holding within the prescribed limit
Candidate Profile :
What you need to have :
- Solid knowledge of category management, marketing, and sales principles
- Candidate must have done sales including price negotiation and should have an understanding of P&L
- Someone who can take it from 0 to 1 and evolve the entire catalog as a business
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent communication and people skills
