Job Location : Bangalore

Qualification : CA or MBA (Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-schools)

Job Description :

- End-to-end Ownership of the Product Category

- Carrying direct business targets

- Driving the complete Product strategy & roadmap, Product development priorities, and release plans jointly with the Tech Team

- Management of entire Product lifecycle including features, packaging, pricing based on consumer needs, launch, ongoing operations and expansion of Fin Tech product / category.

- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the Product.

- Develop sales enablement tools and train sales team to win in the product. Drive, manage and track sales productivity initiatives and online marketing campaign for the said Product.

- Develop Organic Visibility and Credibility of the product by working closely with the company's Marketing Team, Collaborate with media, bloggers, influencers

- Build strategic partnerships to create a robust GTM for the product category

- Focus on customer retention and create customer delight jointly with Operations

Desired Candidate Profile :

- CA or MBA from a premier institute with overall 1 to 4 years of experience in B2C business

- A proven history of growing revenue.

- Experience in internet preferred.

- Must be highly self-motivated, proactive and self-sufficient.

- High energy levels and passion to build world class category.

- Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
