Category Manager - Home Decor

Job Description :

- Initiate various projects to improve footfalls for the Category.

- Responsible for achieving Top-line and Bottom line targets

- Study current market conditions and plan for offers and discounts for direct customer/to acquire new customers and also drive campaigns meant for the same.

- To engage multiple channels like email, social media, GDN, SEM etc. to promote offers.

- Sales Planning, Merchandising, Inventory Planning.

- Web Analytics, Traffic and conversions analysis.

- Managing P&L of Assigned Categories.

- Setting up processes to optimize resources to develop a self sustainable and scalable business model across categories.

- Candidate with experience in the range of 10 - 14 years from Home Decor Space from reputed MBA Institute.
