Position Overview :
As a Category Manager, you will manage the category's profit and loss (P&L), drive product sales, and ensure overall growth across direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual category plans, addressing pricing, sales targets, and marketing strategies.
- Take ownership of P&L, ensuring sales targets and profitability.
- Conduct market research to understand regional dynamics and consumer preferences.
- Drive category communication plans and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations.
- Monitor category performance and report actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage product launches and lead monthly reviews with leadership.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Tier 1-2 colleges)
- 3-4 years of experience in FMCG or D2C
- Strong communication, data analysis, and budget management skills
- Proven experience in driving category growth and product launches.
