Role : Category Manager
Job description :
- Develop and implement short & long term marketing strategies
- Responsible for category and leading a team
- Develop and execute creative & innovative promotional inputs to improve visibility and market share as per the brand objectives both through advertising & below-the-line (BTL) activities.
- Develop and execute a marketing and promotional calendar to drive traffic, profitable sales, and engage the target customer with the brand
- Ensure that best of class project management practices are employed to deliver all marketing communications within strategy, budget, and deadline
- Monitor/track performance of brands and budgets, deliver the objectives
- Prepare creative, media plan briefs for the brand and lead, co-ordinate & evaluate implementation for brand support.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for success of marketing initiatives .
- Research
- Facilitate integration of marketing, product development and other inputs as appropriate
Candidate Profile :
- MBA Premier Institute. Around 10 years of experience handling Consumer Facing Categories like FMCG/Consumer Electronics/Durables/Telecom/Automobile etc.
- Strong communication & influencing abilities are desired.
