- End to end responsibility for new category/product development and new category/product launches
- Categories would include mix of new brand work, new category work-and existing brands new category work
- Responsibilities would include category mapping, concept work, working in & leading CFTs for new product development
- New product work would include RTM planning, working with sales and trade marketing to develop RTM, managing overall launches in market including communication development, marketing initiatives for developing new products
- Responsibilities would also include driving strategy, planning, top line, budget management & bottom line for above
- Driving market research, consumer insights and business analytics
- Lead the Market Research function
- Work with brand teams to design & implement researches
- Lead team on enhancing consumer insights process
- Lead on improving business & brand analytics
