Urgent requirement for Category Manager  Position : Category Manager  Experience : 3 - 6 years   Locations: Gurgaon  CTC : 8- 12 LPA CTC   Industry: FMCG  Desired Qualifications : MBA in Marketing  Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:  - Category revenue & Growth budgets, Monthly Innovation Calendar, Category   - Innovation / Monthly Spike plans - Campaign creation ( ATL/BTL) & execution   - ATL and handling BTL support, Consumer insights to ensure maximize existing/ identify new opportunities, research & analysis.   Key Responsibilities:  - Work closely with R&D to create & deliver innovative products for all categories.   - Ensure, once Innovation calendar is approved, Innovation Concept to Launch Docket is written, approved & rigorously followed up with concerned people to ensure on timely launches   - Work closely with marketing team members to ensure monthly BTL plans are made as per timelines and all support defined.
