Role Overview:
- We are seeking a strategic and driven Category Manager to oversee product categories, drive sales growth, and enhance customer experience.
- This role is crucial in optimizing product offerings, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring category profitability in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Category Planning: Develop and execute category strategies to maximize revenue, enhance product mix, and drive customer engagement.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Vendor & Inventory Management: Build strong supplier relationships to negotiate favorable terms, optimize inventory levels, and ensure product availability.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, adjust strategies based on data insights, and drive category profitability.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to implement promotional activities and product launches.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3 to 6 years in category management, merchandising, or related roles in e-commerce or FMCG.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and market research.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
