Mandatory Requirement:

- Proven experience in category management, preferably in the FMCG industry.

- Experience with marketplace platforms.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement category strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

- Manage the product life cycle, including new product development, pricing, and promotions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and execution of category plans.

- Monitor and analyze category performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and retailers.

- Manage budgets and forecasts for the category, ensuring targets are met.

Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

- Proven track record of successful category management and product launches.
