We have an Urgent opening for Category Manager(E&E) in a OEM Engineering Company

Job location- Ballabgarh

BE /B.Tech-E&E

Exp - 12-15 Years in Automotive Industry only

JOB ROLE:

- Responsible for developing and implementing the Category Strategy on different CE machine platforms as per business need.

- Experience in managing domestic and International Supplier relationship, Business Nomination and Category management.

Role Experience (Consider what is actually required) :

1. Defining sourcing strategy for Electrical & Controls commodity inline to global strategy and local business needs for Pan India CE platform.

2. Evaluate the capabilities of proposed new/ existing suppliers in conjunction with key internal business stakeholder (Regional/global) with the responsibility of approving or rejecting for use.

3. Undertake Supplier visits, Manufacturing footprint assessment, Capacity auditand Completion of purchasing process like NPIP process (RFQ/Technical discussion/Price negotiation/Development review's as per defined timeline.)

4. Negotiate with suppliers for desired business goal like prices, manufacturing footprints, capacity and developments of new parts, deliveries etc.

5. Execution of business contracts like NDA, Warranty agreement, Tooling agreement, General Purchase agreement and LTA..etc with suppliers.

6. Exploring new technologies and suppliers to achieve competitive advantage in the market.
