Responsibilities :
Strategic Business Planning - Formulate & execute the quarterly & yearly growth roadmap of category with focus on driving growth in Orders & GMV. Supply Management
- Demonstrate understanding of category supply landscape - key geographies, supplier archetypes, margin structures, online & offline competition & global precedents.
Goal Orientation - Drive the input targets for your category - active suppliers & products, pricing health, product variety & conversion funnel.
Problem Solving - Deep dive & frame problems in your category. You will be expected to identify & structure solutions & develop execution plans while prioritising the impact to your category.
Leadership - Draft personal growth plans for direct reports by identifying individual strengths & weaknesses & providing actionable & timely feedback.
Demand Management - Understand needs of customer in your category by analyzing the customer journey & conversion at each stage & keeping abreast of the industry growth trends of your category
Collaboration - Work closely with user growth, product, ops & other functions to identify opportunities for process improvement & growth for your categories
