Broad KRAs:-
- Handling the Category P&L management and assume responsibility for the growth of respective category.
- Create an assortment of products which is in line with the company's Sales and Margin Plan
- Improvement of Margins
- Planning the brand assortment.
- Keeping stocks in control / ample pipeline / request for refills.
- Liaison with merchandising team to ensure that business goals are aligned across functions.
- To ensure 100% customer satisfaction through Seller/brand level monitoring of the NPS score vis-a-vis - Delivery Time, Product Quality, Wrong SKU delivered, etc.
- Identifying opportunities for growth.
- Initiating activities like negotiations for pricing, propositions and margins for the products for Web, TV and other special promotions
- Managing, training and supervising team members across merchandising and buying.
- Responsible for the top line and bottom line for their respective category.
Skills & Qualification:-
- Management Graduates from Tier 1 Colleges
- Prior experience in Buying, Planning and category Management
- Comfort with numbers and rapid on-going analysis
- Understanding of the user over internet
- Hands on ability to execute independently
