Role Description:
- Develop a deep and long-standing relationship with the vendors - to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical.
- Growth Hacking- Identifying new levers for business growth.
- Make vendors partners in driving disruptive changes for the category.
- P&L management for respective category and assume responsibility for growth.
- Planning the brand assortment, pricing strategies, inventory management, promotional campaigns in line with the overall Sales and Margin Plan.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through Seller/brand level monitoring of the NPS score vis-a-vis Delivery Time, Product Quality, Wrong SKU delivered, etc.
Vendor Management:
- Develop a deep and long-standing relationship with the vendors - to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical.
- Own the terms of business with the vendor products, returns, ordering, etc.
- Ensure high-share of mind from the vendor. Build deep ties.
- Make vendors partners in driving disruptive changes for the category.
Skills & Qualification
- MBA from a Tier-I Institute
- Business development/Growth.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
- Project & Stakeholder Management.
- Customer first approach (Passion to understand Customer behavior, product quality, customer experience).
