Category Manager - Buying - Beauty Space/Retail

- Retail professionals with 10-12 years of experience in buying; in beauty space. Experience of Cosmetics / FMCG buying and handling private label business preferred.

- Qualifications : Graduate preferably with MBA or PG in Retail Management

- Age : Around 30- 35 years

- Devise and successfully implement an agreed retail strategy that meets or exceeds planned sales and profitability objectives

- Provide both strategic and commercial direction to buyers/selectors

- Leadership, motivation and development of the management team

- Source and purchase an attractive, commercially balanced range of merchandise that meets agreed objectives in terms of its styling, quality, value that achieves optimum sales and profitability
