Pre-requisite :
- Engineer + MBA from premier institute.
- Minimum 3 yrs exp post MBA i.e min 2018 MBA Batch
- Working with B2C E-commerce
Job Profile:
- Business Division: JSW One MSME
- Designation: Category Manager
- Grade: L11/L12
- Location: Mumbai. Candidate should be open to travel for business.
Objective:
- JSW One MSME is looking for a high performing Category Manager to own the product categories available on the platform The candidate should have a strong orientation in digital, metric driven and analytical approach.
- He/she will be responsible for material life cycle from plant to end consumer sale, category expansion and prioritization. Working closely with sales teams, production planning teams,keeping abreast of market dynamics and effective feedback loop are important aspects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop materials category metrics and supply chain
- Responsible for category activation, sale and gross margins
- Responsible for closure of orders by coordinating with sales team and plants
- Develop insights into category expansion, prioritization, roll out
