Category Management Role - FMCG

Job Description :

- Responsible for Packaging Material for FMCG, Gourmet, Staples and F&V business.

- New Packaging development by NPIs.

- Vendor Development for existing and NPIs.

- KLD Management for existing and NPIs. Validate the KLDs, Creatives and artworks
for all lines of business.

- Coordinate with vendors on prototypes, stress test and closing all activities related to packaging prototype before approving the project.

- Cost optimization strategies to reduce the overall cost of packaging.

- Lead initiatives related to packaging development and management.

Key Skills Required :

- Prior experience in managing multiple categories for packaging.

- Proven track record in independently handling profile.

- Stakeholder management: Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive the project forward.

- Customer Centricity: Puts the customer experience paramount to all other considerations

- Problem solving: Deal with complexity and unstandardized processes to come up with quick scalable solutions to problems

- Data orientation: Should be able to build an approach to solving problems through data first.
