Job Title: AGM/GM- Category (Color Cosmetics)

Location: Head Office, New Delhi

Core Purpose of Job:

- Lead Face, Nail and Eye category for organization

- Areas of Responsibility (AOR) Success Indicators (S.I)

- Launch new product and concepts to retain leadership status in trends and innovation and acquire new consumers

- Internal and external studies for upgradation of current portfolio

- Monitor and influence demand forecasting; monitor sales metrics and adapt plans as required

- Constantly monitoring the product portfolio and maintaining COGS through negotiations and supplier management

- Closely follow international brands and their launch activity

- Follow and stay in sync with the concept trends of the international market to create marketing concepts for all New launches

- Synchronise their category profitability and Gross sales to achieve budgeted plans

- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information

- Handling end to end complete product launches

- Interaction and coordinating with all International vendors for product development

- Coordination with research and development agencies

- Implementing pre/post launch sales promotional activities with different teams

- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
