ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
TEAM HANDLING : Ability to lead the Sales and post sales Operation team in Mumbai and build a high performing team by providing them with resources, coaching, feedback, training and stretched responsibilities to develop their capabilities.
BUSINESS PLAN AND EXECUTION :
- Effective design and implementation of business plan and sales strategies to achieve desired sales objectives.
- Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual mutually agreed Sales targets within laid down business terms for all brands.
- Monitor Actual Sales and mid-course corrections and inputs to reduce variance against expectations.
- Drive and expand the sales network by generating leads through interaction with various Pharma Companies.
- Optimize resources to achieve sales objectives with high quality brand Push & Pull activities.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts) for the sales team.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Development of innovative sales strategies (schemes etc.), pre-empting the competition for maximizing sales.
JOB SPECIFICATION :
- Graduate in any domain,(B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA is a plus).
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability.
- Extremely strong networking skills.
- Knowledge of compliance issues related to sales of services .
- Strong commercial inclination to manage tie-ups, vendors.
