Category Lead - Digital & Alliance - Beauty Products

We are looking for a Category Manager - Digital Brand Marketing, a specialist in the Digital Space, handling the Digital Transformation of the Category ( Beauty ) of a Large FMCG, based at Mumbai.

A Female who is a specialist in the Digital Marketing space, with a Post Grad in Marketing from one of the Premiere Business Schools, having 9-10 years of work exp. of developing the Category in the Digital Space, lead building brand purpose in the digital space for authenticity and leads an e-comm transformation for the Category.

It's a role, whereby the Incumbent will be responsible for transforming and developing the Digital Platform of the Category.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Prior experience in Digital Marketing on brands / Category.

- Should have developed the digital content

The Job -

- As Digital Activation Lead, she will be responsible for crafting and leading the digital strategy to unlock the power of the portfolio for the small category in key digital channels, translating global strategy into meaningful local activation.

- She will partner and support the local marketing brand teams based on key project needs connecting the digital eco-system to deliver growth and an excellent consumer experience spanning across Media, Data, Content, Digital Capabilities, eCommerce and agency partners

- She will build new capabilities through Experimentation with moments marketing on these brands

- She will drive e-comm led innovations

- Elevate market learnings within Global category digital community to accelerate best practices across other markets

- Play a lead role in the adoption of performance-driven marketing and enhance the skills of the broader marketing teams in the category of digital expertise.

- Building digital capability of the organization.
