Category Lead/Business Unit Lead - EdTech

Leadership opportunity at a leading fast-growth edtech platform with a diverse and well-crafted product portfolio. As a category head you will be working closely with the team having prior spearhead experience in unicorn startups.

Client:

Leading Ed-tech company which has a strong global present and is growing at a very fast paced. They constitute of ambitious and young work force and a leadership which promises merit based growth with no door policy.

Responsibilities:

- Owning the entire P&L of a certain geography or a product

- Setting up the processes for launching products across verticals

- Strategizing GTM and growth plans in the geography beyond performance marketing

- Initiate user-research projects and design the playbook for launching in new geographies

- Maintain and oversee the operations of the projects

Must Have:

1. Prior Experience of handling entire P&L

2. Must have worked in fast paced ecommerce or edtech company owning an entire geography

3. Spearheaded an entire product launch and have a strong sting in GTM and growth plan strategy

4. Have a strong knowledge on operation and program management of the the product

5. Must have experience in launching products in different geographies
