- Understand user demand and creating and executing on category roadmap
- Build, manage and grow team of Business Development managers for the relevant category
- Own partner relationships for self and team members in the category, assist in cracking exclusive offerings and aspirational brands for CRED members
- Drive & achieve AOP - revenue across PL, partner NPS, category level conversions, product returns, product quality and inventory mix etc.
- Work with multiple teams to drive complete business operations of e-commerce at each level - merchandising, front end operations, product assortment, supply chain, distribution and CRM, and brand marketing activities to increase the digital presence of the brand and product performance.
- Take short and long-term actions to increase selling based on relevant analysis and do commercial reviews to identify key learnings to improve customer offer going forward
- Accurately forecast trends, plan stock and monitor performance
