Job Description - Reporting into the Head of Modern Trade you will be responsible for Delivering superior sales fundamentals in select customers with national/international footprint and delivering NR, Trade spend and GM objectives in national ands international customers.
- 4 P execution compliance, implementation of Global/local success model in category management process of the customers.
- Accountable for delivering Revenue, Market Share, Gross Margin and Trade investment goals within the customers.
- Negotiate the annual trading terms with the customer in line with overall strategy and objectives in sync with the NKAM.
- Responsible for negotiating planogram agreements with customers and continuously track and review the execution of planogram.
- Responsible for tracking of assets at customer level.
- Responsible for reviewing the assortment at customer level and delisting as and when required.
- Responsible for negotiations on visibility with customers by selling them the story on promotion.
- Plan and evaluate customer specific promotion.
- Build quarterly promotional plans with the customer and cascade down the plan through the operations team.
- Responsible for listing of promotion with the customers.
- Works with Operations team at the regions such as Regional Managers, RKAM, ASMs to ensure the 4 P execution on the ground is in line with agreements at corporate.
- Responsible for timely processing of claims from customer and follow up on receivables from customers.
- Involved in negotiation of vendor agreement.
- Conducts business review with customers, collects data from customer and analyze it and share it internally with the team for necessary actions.
The Successful Candidate - You should be 2008-09 batch from a premier B school only with experience in sales. Modern Trade experience is must. You should be currently working with Top FMCG companies only
