Our client is one of India's leading retail chains. With over 200 stores covering the length and breadth of the country, the organisation boasts a massive business size, with a large category size to go with it.

Job Description : 

Reporting to the head of apparels, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the category from end to end, making decisions about sourcing, merchandising, and design, among others.

- Leading decision making about range selection, price architecture, and sale strategies.

- Maintaining sell throughs, margins, and inventory.

- The learning and development of your team.

Profile: 

In order to apply successfully to this opportunity, you will have:

- At least 10 years of experience in the apparel retail sector.

- A strong track record of delivering superior performance in a category manager/category head role.

- At least a degree of experience working with women's wear as a category.
