POSITION Category Head: Solar rooftop business-India, Bhutan & Nepal regions

DIVISION Channel Management Group

- Drive the TOPLINE(OB) & Gross Margin for the Solar PV Business for India, Bhutan & Nepal-for B2B Industrial market.

- Deliver the right Product Mix across SBUs for the zone, to deliver the desire Gross Margins

- Drive the Pricing & Discount management for the category

- Drive the targeted market Share across key markets and Launch Strategic Plans to Gain Share -across key Industries

- Create & Drive: Building Blocks for Growth - BAU + NEW Initiatives - New Applications, new markets and constantly share Inputs on Market Trends & product Gaps to LOB -Line of Business.

- Program management - Launch Channel Programs - Strategic + Tactical - to Drive Growth across SBU & Key product families

- Drive the Product Mix map : Value / Benefit graph- by Price Points along with competition - Having the Right Product Mix to Target Desired Mkt Share

- Competition Benchmarking - V/s Thermax: across product families -within CMG offer

- Channel Gaps - Track and drive appointment of New Channels - in Geographies with channel Gaps and Measure the Channel Width + Reach + Depth- for the given Business- by Zone.

- Create and update the Industry Playbook - for the business Development of Application Notes - for Specific Top Target Industries - Specifying Key Customer Needs/challenges in each Industry with a Specific product family with clearly Defined Customer benefits / Gains - and Advantages Over Competition.

- Define Key Differentiators V/s competition- from Industry stand point - WHY Thermax Pitch

- Pipeline Tracking and Trend analysis

- Negotiations with - Key customers
