Its WORK FROM OFFICE, 5 days
- Establishing categories to engage (identification of categories with market data)
- Commercial structuring & negotiations with Partners from each category
- Ensuring prominence of Partner/ Category on App (working with IT) benchmarking with other E-Comm companies
- Working closely with & pushing Marketing for higher engagement - using data about competitive offerings
- Achieving Revenue targets (by pushing GMV/ transactions) - Use AI/ Data Science to ensure that Deals are structured and campaigns are co-ordinated & customised with Marketing & IT.
- Using AI/ Data Science with Category Heads to ensure data is analysed on a real-time basis.
- Market information/ intelligence is used regularly to improve Deal structuring with Partners and increase engagement
Experience: 10+ years in an E-Comm (B2C) business having handled 2-3 categories
- Multi discipline instinct since this job has strong dependencies on Tech, Marketing, Data
- Analytics & Commercial/ Financials
- Strong on Digital thinking - ideally, full career in Digital companies Team: Category Heads & a couple of Business Analysts (team)
