Head - OTC (Leadership role) - Pharma Tech Unicorn

Objective : To build the OTC supply business and additional sources of revenue through brand partnerships

Job Description :

- To create OTC supply business with complete P&L Ownership

- On Boarding of companies, vendor management, driving growth, Driving other engagement initiatives with brand

- Creating team of category managers for the whole portfolio and driving them

- Ensuring inventory management, inventory optimization with healthy ROCE for the business

- Creating and driving Go To Market Initiatives for the various categories.

- Sales exp is must.
