Job Description - To lead and grow the entire category for a home improvement organization.

Client Details :

- The client is one of the biggest market place for home improvement and interiors present across more than 40 cities in India.

Description :

- To lead the entire PnL for the category.

- To determine pricing, lead product development, cataloguing along with managing the vendors.

- To drive cross team efforts - Sales, Operations and customer experience.

- To expand the business into new cities by identifying the right growth factors.

Profile :

- Good pedigree is a must.

- At least 8 to 12 years of experience in PnL management.

- Prior experience in building businesses from scratch, and handling uncertainties across different stages of business.

- Team handling experience is a must.
