Category Head

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Head to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and execution of our product category, and will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategic planning and development of the product category, including product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

- Manage relationships with key vendors and partners to negotiate favorable terms and secure exclusive product offerings

- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to drive category success

- Monitor and optimize category performance, including sales, margin, and inventory levels

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in product management or category management

- Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel or SQL
