Client Brief: The Client has the mandate to focus on highly competitive & growth intensive sectors: Culinary, Condiments & Other Packaged Foods.

The company has been assigned to design a fundamentally robust FMCG business model - based on the principles of Insight Driven Strategic Marketing and grounded on an efficient Sales, Distribution and Logistic infrastructure, that can be scaled up to deliver for the groups FMCG ambitions in a dynamic & competitive environment.

Job Profile:

- Part of the Core Country Management Team - Formulate country specific strategies along with the Country Head and other senior management team members

- Develop long term & medium term strategies for various product categories with special focus on deeper participation across the value chain

- Identifying future growth drivers in each of the product categories - also look at inorganic growth opportunities in his/her own area

- Develop the domestic business with emphasis on supply chain management - origination, logistics, processing, back end management for retail - and end user based approach

QUALIFICATION:

- MBA from Premier B-School between 8 - 15 years experience in a FMCG/ Consumer Durable / Retail Background.
