Experience: 5.0 - 10.0 Years

Skills Required:

1. Experience of 5-10 years in leading Fashion categories at the P&L ownership level. Deep existing relationships with brands and marketplace sellers

2. Strong in analytics, data-driven experimentation, and problem-solving

3. Assertive with collaborative attitude & experience in managing a team of mid to senior-level people

4. Knowledge of and relations with local/ regional manufacturers in multiple geographies is an added advantage

5. Preferred experience of working in high-growth startups. Need to be very hands-on

6. Understanding consumer behavior and their needs

7. Top tier graduate/ post-graduate academic pedigree

Experience Range: 5 - 10 years

Educational Qualifications: Btech/NIFT/NID + MBA Tier 1 Colleges Preferred
