Category Head - Silicone Sealant
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience:- Proven experience of min 7-15 yrs in Product management| business development
- Past experience in Acrylic, Silicone and Hybrid Sealants will be an added advantage
Preferred Industries:- Chemical Manufacturing such as Dow, McCoy Soudal, Wacker
- Competency - In-depth knowledge of the products within the category, including their features, functionality, and market positioning.
- Strong grasp of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the product category.
- Effective at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey product visions, strategies, and updates to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to explore new ideas, technologies, and features to differentiate products and capture market opportunities.
- Sales and Business Development, Technical and commercial understanding of the Sealants product range, retail management, Customer relationship management, Market Research.
Category Development & Product premiumization:- Drive product development and innovation initiatives based on market insights and consumer demand.
- Collaborate with R&D and technical team for product positioning and product innovation.
- Identify new product requirement for the category, Improvement in the product category.
- Drive BTL communication and digital strategy and its execution compliance.
- Collaborate with cross functional team for effective execution of category strategies.
- Work closely with sales team for execution compliances and optimize category performance.
- More solution centric offering for users, customers to solve their problems
- Develop offering and communication to make sealant a DIY product
