Category Head/Business Leader/Chief Business Officer

Urgently looking for Business Head for a reputed eCommerce company. Candidate should have minimum 8-10 years of experience preferably from e commerce back background. This is based in Noida. Candidate should be hands on to undertake Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, PPC. Minimum experience of 2 years in running an e-commerce portal is must. Should have handled P & L and Category Management of only consumer products.

Key Responsibilities :

- P&L responsibility of eCommerce business from end-to-end

- Lead category management (products, sourcing, pricing, promotion)

- Handle SEO, SEM, Affiliate and other digital marketing initiatives

- Manage the entire team of the department

- Lead external relationship with brands, vendors and internal relationship with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements :

- In-depth knowledge of running E-commerce business from end-to-end

- Understanding of consumer products environment

- Hands-on with category management and P&L role

- Ability to optimize systems and processes in complex environment

- A strong team player who can garner support from all internal departments and brands/vendors
