About the Role:

As the Category Head RTD, you will own the P&L of the Ready to Drink category. Your core deliverables will be driving top-line growth, bottom-line performance, and achieving market leadership for the RTD portfolio.

Who are you?

Experience: A dynamic professional with 3-6 Years of experience in FMCG, Alcohol, or New Age D2C Brands.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Consumer understanding: Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, particularly among Gen Z and Millennials. Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends.

- Commercial Acumen: Robust commercial mindset with a focus on ROI and data-driven decision-making.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Excellent ability to collaborate and lead various cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, marketing, and finance, to drive business agendas.

- Executive Presence: Strong executive presence with the capability to engage and influence leadership teams and field teams alike.

- Hustler Attitude: A proactive, go-getter attitude with a sense of urgency and a drive to achieve excellence. Never settle for suboptimal results.

- Disruptive Thinking: Innovative and disruptive mindset to implement strategies that go beyond incremental changes. Ability to think outside the box and drive significant growth, aligned with the company's ambition to grow 5X over the next five years.

What You Will Do Day to Day:

- Consumer Insights & research: Stay ahead of consumer trends and harness insights to keep the Company at the forefront. Engage with consumers regularly and foster a consumer-first culture within the organization. Use these insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

- Category Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy. Define the brand's identity, positioning, target audience, and competitive advantage in alignment with the company's overall business goals.

- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Consumer Marketing: Build a robust brand marketing strategy to create a strong brand pull for the company's RTD product line. Develop innovative and disruptive 360-degree communication campaigns, with digital and on-ground as lead mediums.

- Channel Presence: Collaborate with Trade Marketing to establish a best-in-class channel presence for the company's product line.

- New Product Development: Partner with product development teams to build a pipeline of new innovative products and continuously enhance existing ones, ensuring they meet consumer demands and stay competitive.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the brand. Ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.

- Distribution Management: Work closely with distribution partners to ensure the availability of products in key markets and locations. Monitor inventory levels and optimize distribution channels to meet consumer demand.

Performance Metrics:

- Revenue growth and market share in the RTD category.

- ROI on marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Consumer engagement and brand loyalty metrics.

- Successful launch and performance of new products.

- Efficiency and effectiveness of budget management.

- Improvement in channel presence and distribution efficiency.
