Job Location - Mumbai

Reporting to - Category Growth Head

Job Role:

This individual will drive company towards achieving its vision of assisting & protecting each household of India based on deep understanding of market gaps & consumer need states and effective Go-to-market strategies. We have ambitious plans to grow by:

a) Getting lions share of value-added service-protection solutions in the exploding FinTech space

b) Getting revenue from new categories like Lifestyle (damage-theft-fire etc protection plan-services for eyewear, footwear & apparel, similar plans for Furniture category and more to come). We will do this through a three-pronged strategy of product innovation & differentiation, GTM via multiple channels like B2B2C, B2C & D2C and delivering best-in-class consumer experience.

KRAs for this individual are topline (Revenue & Growth), bottom-line (Net Contribution) & innovation.

What You'll Do:

- Category Growth & Revenue: Develop the category marketing strategy and product roadmap to grow the category revenue; Work closely with Sales team to achieve revenue goals.

- Drive P&L: Own and drive the overall product-category P&L and improve unit economics

- New Product Development: Lead the new product development initiatives. This will include identifying new areas of growth and launching new products in line with broader strategic goals

- Pricing: Drive revenue growth by working closely with Sales team on proposals especially customized solutions for various B2B partners

- Increase Market Share: Enhance existing product offerings and customer experience to increase market share

- GTM: Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch (GTM), working closely with sales, service and tech teams

- Influence User Journey: Work closely with tech team to develop/improve the user journey experience

- Improve Customer Experience: Work with teams like Customer Service, Operations etc. to improve our customer retention

- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business development / sales leaders to meet category revenue targets

- Consumer Insight: Develop deep understanding of Consumers, and Market need gaps to develop new products & value propositions

- Strategic alliances & partnerships

The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem solver, collaborator, data-oriented, hands on, high energy and naturally entrepreneurial person, possessing a high degree of comfort with fast-pace, ambiguous and an ever-evolving space.
