Zypp Category & Demand Head - B2B Delivery & Shared Mobility App - IIM/FMS/MDI

Education Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 Campus with 2-8 years of experience post MBA

Experience Required: Experience in Category Management/ Enterprise Business/ P&L handling/demand

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Research and analyze data and market insights

- Search for insights into consumer needs and wants

- Plan and implement long-term development strategies for product categories

- Design exit strategies for unsuccessful products

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors

- Place appropriate orders

- Ensure product availability

- Strategize positioning of a product category in order to maximize its visibility

- Collaborate with the marketing team

- Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities

- Work with customers and merchandisers and find new ways of expanding product categories

- Calculate forecasts for product demand trends

- Manage and track budget

Requirements :

- MBA from Tier 1 Campus with 2-8 years of experience post MBA

- Experience in Category Management/ Enterprise Business/ P&L handling/demand

- Start-up experience added advantage

- Great Negotiation Skills

- Very keen to work in an early-stage start-up

- Preferred Industry - E-commerce, Food Delivery, Logistics, Mobility

- Very High on Intellect

- Rich experience working with clients/enterprise business

- Gurgaon office location
