They are using the scale of the web and advances in computing, big data, machine learning and mobile to bring transformative financial innovation to the market Your Responsibilities: - Closely monitor and drive multi-functional teams to deliver P&L with focus on daily-weekly-monthly time frame - Review performance across P&L items with x-functional stakeholders - Solve for pipeline and supply-demand mismatch across x-functional teams Apply If: - You have an engineering or management degree from a premium school - You have 3+ years of experience in category P&L management, preferably in non-impulse categories - You have hands-on P&L delivery for 1-2 categories by driving multi-functional teams across 3-4 key levers in a rapidly evolving environment - You have managed a small team across demand and fulfillment tracking, solved for pipeline and supply-demand mismatch - You have actively used real-time analytics for reviews and performance standards improvement
