Category & Product Lead - Field Crop/Maize/Corn Seeds Business

We are currently retained by a leading Agri (Seeds) company in the country to hire a Category & Product Lead (Field Crop - Maize) India. This company is a well-established player in the Seeds business.

As a Category & Product Lead, you will be responsible develop and execute a compelling product roadmap, manage budget, and ensure product delivery. You will play crucial role in innovation forecasting, industry trend research, and understanding customer need to ensure success of product.

Please note this role require strong expertise in Maize Seed business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, adjust strategies, that align with business goal.

- Plan and implement successful product launches with marketing efforts.

- Support sales team with product information, tolls and training.

- Ensure consistency in brand message across marketing channels.

- Customer relationship management to gather feedback for product improvement.

- Develop and execute market communication plans to raise awareness about product.

To fit the bill, You must have:

- Master's in Agribusiness or related field.

- 12+ years of Sales, Marketing and Product Management experience in Agri (Seeds) company.

- Strong understanding of seed (Maize) market.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
