Position Reporting to General Manager - Offline Sales
Key Responsibilities:1. Effective customer account management, including negotiating business terms and related agreements to maximize profit
i. Tracking sales vs overall spending
ii. Managing schemes, margins
iii. Continuous engagement to improve the ROI
iv. Plan to reduce stock and improve sales
2. Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets
i. Plan for vertical and horizontal growth
ii. Identify new areas, partners and medium to drive expansion and growth
3. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
i. Effective merchandise management
ii. Reduce sales return
iii. Ensure availability of Must-Have SKUs
4. Designing business strategies and plans to meet the company goals
i. Weekly business analysis and take corrective measures
ii. Effective business forecasting
iii. Sharing of marketing trend with internal stake holders
5. Building a strong team for effective management of customer experience, sales and processes
i. Train and educate the sales team regularly to keep them motivated
ii. Review and sharing of business analytics to make the team work effectively
iii. Effective process for smooth execution
