- Evaluate and identify the training needs of the store staff and the area sales managers for Pan India.
- Design the training strategy for the current financial year and monitor the timely adherence to the same
- Responsible for - Content Development & Design for the existing and new modules
- Implement the training strategy by undertaking training delivery for the Pan India region
- Conceptualize & drive seasonal product Training & refreshers (SS & AW)
- Analyze existing New Hire induction processes for the store staff and measure effectiveness
- Plan & design Refresher Training capsule modules and training hand-outs for enabling the staff to company processes & knowledge
- Review and monitor training initiatives taken by Area Sales Managers in their respective stores
- Participate in reviewing the training SOPs and updating the same
- Implement the Product Assessments across the region to ensure retention & analysis for refresher training
- Training Feedback Analysis for continual improvement in the training function
- Responsible for - Content Development & Design for the existing and new modules for New Store Opening Induction; Existing store new hire(s); & in-store Induction plan
- Instrumental in implementing the training strategy by undertaking training delivery
- Plan & Conceptualize Career Development Plan for varying levels across the Stores (Associate to Officer; Officer to Department Manager; Department Manager to Assistant Store Manager)
- Analyze existing Refresher Training modules and conceptualize the way forward for ensuring retention by the staff (company processes; products & retail basics)
- Monitor & guide training initiatives taken by Assistant Store Managers in their respective stores on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Lead the training strategy for all varied staff groups in the region (Associate-Officer-Department Manager-Assistant Store Manager)

Train The Trainer:
1. Identifying & Training Potential Trainers within the Sales Team
2. Increase bandwidth & reach of Training - Reduce Rollout Time
3. Equipping Identified Trainers with relevant knowledge & skills to conduct Standardized Training
4. Shadow Training Sessions with Buddy Trainers to sync Delivery with Expectations
Training Need Identification:
1. Identifying Knowledge Gap to Plan Remedial Training Session
2. Post Training Evaluation of Effectiveness & Future Corrective measures
Monthly Training Calendar:
1. Facilitate Methodical Planning and Effective Execution of Training
2. Clarity about Training Agenda | Trainer | Batches | OJT Training Sessions
3. Ongoing Tracking of the Training Program
Post Training Evaluation:
1. Recording & Reporting of Training Sessions
2. MIS for Future References & Trainees' Performance Evaluation
