Senior Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Nepal, Srilanka & Bangladesh Sales
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing Business by execution of Strategy. Monitoring various parametres to ensure sales numbers are achieved as per strategy.1.Category wise , month wise primary and secondary target achievement.
2.Fortnight review with partners (quality aspect) .
3. New initiatives (for future growth) review.
Channel Management- Partner Development & Operations as per Organizational Strategy - Execution of Plan
- NEW OSD Development (CES), SIS & EBO Development, Network Expansion, Alternate Channel development as per Plan
- Maintenance of Consumer Experience at Points of Sale - Execution of VM for watch/OSD
- EBO Management - Store Operations, Staff Training, Customer Experience, Store Hygiene, VM, Data Flow
Channel Development - Elements of task sheet like dealer coverage, dealers billed, consistent dealers, quality channel (category wise no of dealer being billed ), brand visibility drive , Enthusiast dealer creation improvement etc .
Process Management - Mid-Month & End of Month Business Reviews with Partners & Team - Execution Closure of Meeting Actionable
- PSI Management, OSD Tracking, CTCB Tracking, Business Analytics
- Visit of Key POS as per Visit Plan - Visit Report & Execution Closure of Actionable
- Optimization of Partner Schemes & Consumer Offers - Communications, Guideline Adherence, Staff Training, Sell through plan achievement, claim closures
People Management - Training of Distributor Staff as per Training Calendar
- Development of Sl & NP distributor Sales Team as per Strategic directions

Qualification & Experience:- Must have 6 to 9 years of experience of working either in Fashion & Lifestyle or Consumer Electronics industry.
- Must be a Graduate or MBA
- Should have Hands-On experience of having worked in the
Srilanka & Nepal Trade Market with reputed Watch / Consumer / FMCG / Fashion / Lifestyle Brands
- Should have Proven Track Record of being a Self-Driven Professional
- Excellent People Management Skills, Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Spoken, Excellent Presentation Skills
