Key Duties & Responsibilities:
To strategies, plan, develop, execute and monitor marketing initiatives across the brand' lifecycle to boost market share, adoption and strengthen brand health.
To strategize & plan brand strategy and develop relevant levers to improve brand health, volumes and market share
- Impact on Brand Health Parameters
- Impact on Retail Nos, Market Share
- Offline Channel-based planning to support sales
- Communication Quality gauged through Link scores & qual research.
- Strategize and work closely with Experience Management team to synchronize brand strategies with offline retail experience.
Direct & Monitor the marketing initiatives for an impactful execution by preparing briefs, liasoning with creative, activation & media agencies to plan & execute ATL, BTL & social media activities
- Timely Roll Out of plans
- Impact on retails &enquiry
- Impact on Brand Health Parameter
- Campaign impact monitoring through defined KRAs & KPIs
Planning & implementation of market research programs - U&A studies, brand lift studies etc. to understand consumer behavior

Liaison with CFTs for brand life cycle management: Sales, Ecommerce Team, Business Planning team

What are we looking for:
Candidate having great exposure in
- Fashion trends knowledge
- Must possess story telling skills
- Must have creative skills
- Understanding of consumer behaviour
- Database Marketing
- Strong Ms -Office skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Must have 2 to 4 years of experience
- Must have completed MBA (Full-time) with specialization in marketing or working in a large-scale creative agency in account planning or account management.
- Must currently be working as a brand manager/asst. brand manager in a key consumer brand or managing a key consumer brand / brands from the agency side
- Having sales experience of 1-2 years would be a plus
