Business Management :
1. 100 percent Sales return (RTV) planning, coordination & execution on a monthly basis
2. Direct discussion with SAPs every week - All stores SAP to be covered in every quarter
3. Ensure that stores achieve the target every month and to keep track of aging stock capping
Merchandising efficiencies :
1. Review sell-through and action on width and depth weekly and monthly basis from the time of stock receipt in stores
2. Right merchandise at the right time at the right store and Ad model availability at 100% stores as per plan
3. Weekly Sales analysis - product, brand, store & region wise etc.
4. Placement of New Launches in potential stores within 15 days from the official launch
Inventory Management :
1. Ensure stock audit to be planned every month and execution of requirement within 30 days of audit reports received
2. Ensure timely stock delivery on stores by same Week
Project management :
1. Initiation & Finalization of existing stores DM - DM creation within a week and Execution within 2-15 days from DM approval
2. New Store Launch on time (LS/SS/Centro) - Store code creation, 0% deviation in the execution of DM, Fixtures installation SKU master and stock availability, Display and Staff.
